Property was clean and tidy. Noise level was low. Room was nicely furnished (Fairfield style) and clean. Families staying there the night that I was there - noisy in the indoor pool (expected with the children) but the overall quality and quietness was good.

I'm a "Marriott Rat." I travel almost every week. I always look for a Marriott branded hotel first. They rarely disappoint and are incredibly consistent everywhere I go. This hotel is evidence of my reasons for loyalty. Not a Ritz Carlton, but consistent, clean and convenient. Their customer service was excellent. We were traveling to spend time in Nauvoo, IL,... We stayed 2 nights for graduation at University of Iowa. The Walmart near bye came in handy for some wine and munchies! They gave us bottle openers for our wine and we were upgraded to a King Suite. Which made it very relaxing. If you need to stay in this area I would suggest staying here.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Nauvoo, IL. It was a clean room with a King bed. Everything was in order... plenty of towels, name brand shampoos, quiet even though it was almost full. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were MANY choices of food, and about the best continental breakfast I've had. The pool was also warm... More

Starting with the friendly girl at front desk on Sunday evening, all was fine. I have been at many Fairfield's, and this one was very similar, except for the breakfast. It was EXCELLENT ! The girls did a great job. I was amazed. Only thing they didn't have was steak! Location was good. Very little traffic in this quiet town.... More

This was another overnight stop on a long road trip. The property was nice and clean and the staff was pleasant. See separate review on nearby restaurant, the Hawkeye, within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, good location. Rooms was small, beds were beyond their useful life in our room, chair was uncomfortable but the only place to sit without getting in bed. No HBO! We called the desk because HBO channel only showed an "on demand" screen and the clerk didn't know what to do. Very noisy when others... More

Wow! What can I say! The Fairfield Inn is great! We stayed here for a basketball tournament, and all the St. Louis families loved it. We had a great night's sleep, the breakfast was hot and tasty, and Paula along with Karen made our stay great. I think the best things we walked away with were daily courtesy calls to... More

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Many dining options are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Kim and Paula are both very nice and friendly every time I stay. I will return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!

Thanksgiving week we stayed at this property to be near relatives that we were visiting for the Holidays. This is an older Fairfield Inn but with a recent makeover. The carpet was new throughout. Our room had new furniture and bedding with contemporary colors. We selected a room with king size bed, living area, as well as microwave and refrigerator.... More
