Very nice, clean motel. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical, good Americinn meal! Would recommend staying here. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

We've stayed here several times since this motel was built. We have always enjoyed our stays; much better than the other motel options offered in Iowa Falls. A word of caution: be sure to make reservations early as rooms in this city can be difficult to get at times.

Here you will find that the staff members are very friendly and personable. Breakfast is a hit or miss but will suffice most of the time. Having tried Super 8 across the street and River's Bend Bed and Breakfast, I vote the AmericInn as the best place to stay. It's clean, well managed, friendly staff, good amenities, comfortable beds.
