Great hotel!!! Everything was very clean along with the pool too! Free cookies at night and the breakfast was nice too!! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly!! It's a smaller hotel with two floors and I don't believe there's an elevator. We were on the first floor. We stopped here driving on our way to SD.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. For the several years I've been going to Iowa Falls Monica has always been remarkably helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our group had what we needed for rooms. We don't get that type of service hardly anywhere else.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of odor in the room when I first entered but I quickly stopped noticing it--I think it was residual cleaning products. There was a mini fridge which was nice. The person who checked me in was pleasant and efficient. I did not eat the breakfast so I can't comment... More

This hotel gets a "very good" rating for a small town hotel property. The staff is extra friendly, the rooms are spotless and the bedding and towels are just fine. I wish the carpet in the rooms wasn't a dark burgundy as it really makes the room "dark" on cloudy days, but other than that this hotel is very adequate... More

Front Desk offered me a corporate rate when I called for a reservation, so that was an immediate plus. This hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable; the staff is very nice and the breakfast was good. They made a very good recommendation for a restaurant to dine in as well.

Our family stays at this AmerInn several times a year. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and very willing to go over and above their duties to make our stay comfortable and fun. Thank you!

I was very happy staying here during a winter storm. My bed was comfortable and pillows were plentiful and fluffy. My shower head was tall enough for me even though I am over 6 ft tall. Everything was clean and fresh. I will stay here again when needed. Free breakfast had some hot options like eggs, biscuits and gravy, and... More

We were in Iowa Falls and stayed for two nights at the Americinn. We looked at Tripadvisor and saw the ratings for this motel so chose it. The motel is either new or recently refurbished as everything looked nice. There were not a lot of people there, it was very quiet, and we never heard another person. I used the... More

Nice hotel. Everything seems new, fresh, and clean. The complimentary breakfast is pretty standard for this price range of hotel, but probably better than average. It may be a bit pricey, but there is not much competition in Iowa Falls. This is the only place we ever stay in town.
