The site is totally misleading. If you are looking for a nice clean over night stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk staff is rude and the breakfast offer is really bad. The breakfast room is even dirty.

The property is conveniently located off the interstate with easy access to downtown Iowa City. It is also on a bus route. Extensive renovations are ongoing. The bed is comfortable, and there is a great pizza place right next door. But, my room smells like stale cigarette smoke and there is wall paper peeling off the wall. I would be more understanding if I spent $40.
