I stayed at Evensong during my stay at Awanmulan and it was such a wonderful experience! I have stayed at several "staycation" locations and this has left the most impact. Things you should know/prepare for: 1. Our unit comes complete with a highly equipped kitchen. There is a microwave, relatively large fridge, rice cooker, electric grill, induction cooker, pot, pan,... More

You will like this place if you appreciate peaceful environment, or if you enjoy a simple quiet retreat. At approx. 1000 ft up in a hill top and comprising only a few villas, Awanmulan is build and run by a retired couple. Their architect son help to design the beautiful villas and the surrounding landscape to create a very close... More

Beautiful scenery. Love the Orange sunset, but not seeing any sunrise as too cloudy. Staying for three days two nights. All cooking equipment provided, including BBQ and simple seasoning too. Just need to bring along your own food. The room is simple and nice. Don't expect too much for what you paid for. There is no ac. Fans provided. But Bring... More

It is an expensive getaway with almost nothing to do except for 2 pools and bit of ground to walk about. No other facilities, so you need to create your own activities e.g. cooking, mahjong, games with family and friends etc etc. Very bad internet access. You can't get in and out of the property freely, the gates are locked... More

Beautiful place at the middle of the jungle. Awanmulan strategically located at a land where you can see sun raise from the East Pool deck and sunset at the sunset poll. The placed is clean and very well maintained. 2 swimming pools ... both using spring water. NO chlorine!!! Stayed at Sasterawan for 2 nights, the house is equipped with... More

Nothing much to talk about the place, the place is just a nice, clean and perfect getaway, fully furnished (you can get whatever you want in the retreat, kitchen tools and equipments are furnished). Nice view and fresh air. However, the owner, an Uncle wasn't that friendly and we found that he really loves to patrol around the retreat, this... More

Well, the environment is normal (basic view you can get from Genting Highlands) and relaxing. However, please strictly follow the rules via the web before you step in the place. Otherwise, you will be entertained by very rude behavior-ed owner/staff who doesn't know any proper manners or customer service. Actually, I think that this place is somewhat overrated because the... As the name suggested , this place is mean for a peaceful and quiet ran away from the city . The environment is pretty and relax but the house rules are very strict . Make sure you follow the house rules or you will be turned away by the owner . The attitudes of the owners are not polite and... More

Stayed in Teratak Bonda in a group of 9 for 3D2N. Awesome resort, nice open concept kitchen and living room. Totally a perfect hideout from city, everyone felt clock is ticking slow during the stay, completely in relax mode. This place has no wifi and very weak telco data, everyone just kicks away mobile phone, no Facebook and Emails. Great... More

We traveled in a group of 10 and stayed at Teratak Bonda for a night and what I can say is that I love their kitchen setup ! Equipment and utensils are well prepared and we enjoyed cooking our lunch and dinner there ! The huge and spacious balcony is the best place to hang out for supper at night... More
