It was the most awful experience I have ever had in a hotel. First it was extremely dirty with a bad odor. They never kept the doors to the outside locked so anyone could get in. We reported some damage we noticed the first night and the guy who checked us in said ok and then when we went to check out they wanted to charge us for the damage because the manager said he didn't believe us that we didn't do it. I said I would not authorize this but when I got home the next day and checked my account, there was an extra charge on it of $150.00 I called to complain to the super 8 corporate but they told me there was nothing they could do at this time, they had 7 days to return my call. more
