Hotel staff were slow to respond to a persistent high-pitched noise coming from the walls, the pipes or the heating ducts. After three hours of calling the desk, they finally agreed to move us to a new room (around midnight). The noise outside this room came from the central heat/air unit. This was my second visit to the hotel. I was very satisified with all aspects of the stay. We had a good room rate for a two room suite with large refrigerator, microwave, 2 TV's and a sofa sleeper.
