We booked this hotel thru Orbitz for $45/night. In this case, what you pay for is what you get!! They had turned off the air for the season, which would be ok, but our room was 85 degrees. We asked to be moved but they had no doubles available. We had a clogged toilet and they didn't have a plunger... more

Remodeling will be done soon and it will be the place to stay especially if your kids like an indoor waterpark with a nice restaurant and bar next to the pool area. I've stayed at the Ramada in Sioux Falls and really enjoyed my experience. In the mean time you can get a great price during the remodeling process. more

I booked my room on priceline.com and was charged $50 a night for it. when i looked at the website, the rooms were going for $39 a nite. They would not give me back the difference in the prices. When we pulled up, it was under major renovations. I was actually scared to stay there. When I booked the room... more

Continuing on my road trip to NY, I booked the Ramada a day earlier because of its low price ($60+ tax), and because I have stayed at Ramada in the past and have been impressed. I knew there would be construction going. That made it so half the rooms were unavailable, and that the restaurant in the hotel would only... more

The room was unacceptable. It was rated a 3 * hotel on Hotels.com The bathroom walls were moldy, the mirror on the bathroom door was dirty and the coffee pot was filthy. The general appearance of the hotel was shaddy. We hope this will help you address the shortcomings. more

First off the room was priced higher because of the Iowa State Fair. Rooms were hard to get! We thought spending a little more money would get us some luxuary-wrong! The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. The people tried to help us solve our problems. The air conditioning did get... more

I Pricelined this motel for $60. I believe it was a 2 1/2 star. I would rate it a 2 star. The rooms are OK. The bathrooms are showing their age and could be scrubbed down a little better. The common facilities are dated and in need of renovation. more

Stayed at the hotel while in town for a soccer tournament. The double beds are very small. There were 7 rooms with our group. All the rooms and hallways smelled musty. The air conditioning system is out dated and was not able to keep up with the heat wave they were having at the time. Rooms were very humid, so... more

was surprised to have everything go right with my stay after reading all the others who had problems while staying here. the hotel is no longer a holiday inn; it is now a ramada inn. they just changed names last week. got a nice rate of 29.95 per night. great. room had internet in it. rooms could be entered from... more

Upon my arrival, I asked the maid where the elevator was, "we don't have an elevator." Who doesn't have an elevator at a hotel? I went into one room, right above a loud maintenance room of some type, so they moved me to a quieter room. I was burning up and there was no air conditioning unit to cool the... more
