If you are a senior and getting their discount, you can't beat the price. The facility is showing it's age, but it is very comfortable and improvements are being made. The staff is helpful and service is very good. Location is great for north Des Moines and close to resturants and shopping. More

Nice, easy-to-find location right off interstate. And close to both fast-food and family-style restaurants. No hot tub here, but pool was fine. Was some smoke drift-over from smoking rooms, even in non-smoking areas and hallways. Not enough to complain about, but not as nice as 100% free non-smoking hotels. Oh, and no waffles at breakfast.
