The couple at the front desk were very sweet and helpful! The motel is dated but was clean. We had a very comfortable king bed. Our room was on the backside if the motel and was very quiet. The room cost was only $49. Across the street at Super 7 the rooms were almost $60. We were able to have our... More

Run down, worn out carpet and furniture with years of wear. Smelled of smoke even though non-smoking. Refrigerator did not work. Wi-fi internet worked for 5 minutes after 2 hours trying to have firm fix it. Neighborhood noisy and sketchy. This property should never be rated a 2 star.

For $45.00 per night, you get a clean room. However the place needs updating. Some updating has been done, but room is still dark and outdated. Staff was knowledgeable about close restaurants, so they get a bonus point for that. I hate staying at any hotel where the clerks are not able to recommend a dining establishment. All in all... This place should be condemned, between the hearing and seeing bugs but also hearing but not seeing the mice, wow went to wash scum off in shower in morn and found a used soap bar, nice the sheets were stained and stunk, I've been in nicer jails than this dump , stay away

I expected this place to be a bit dumpy but it wasn't. My room was as nice as the Super 8 next door and totally QUIET! My king bed was as good as beds get - with super-soft sheets! Internet, HBO, Fridge, Micro. No breakfast but who eats that crap at Super 8 anyway? Frozen bagels anyone? I saved $20... More

I don't expect much for $40 bucks for a motel Room and this was a smoking room so I called the manager and asked for a can of room deodorizer and he came down and sprayed something that helped, I went to Arby's for a roast beef sandwich and came back after letting the place air out;. I do have... More

All hotels were booked for last weekend, or the couple that did have vacancy were $249/night with a two night minimum. Then I happened to call the Big Ten Inn and secured a room for $89 a night! The room was dated yes, but the important thing is it was very clean. The room was also equipped with a small... More

This was a late night check in on a long cross country drive and the goal was basic bed and shower. This is exactly what I got. The property isn't pretty and is actually a little tired with well worn carpet, a musty smell and some holes in the sheets. That said, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable,... More

Decent place if you don't want to spend alot of money, had most of the basics, but nothing more. I stayed there for 4 nights for a conference at the Marriott. Their are pros & cons to staying here. Things to know about this place: No staff on site between midnight-6am. The building & rooms are older & a little... More

When I made my reservation I had my doubts. So cheap and to look at the building not atractive at all. But, when I got into my room I was more than pleased. Vary clean. I've stayed in some nice places all over the world and this by far was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at.... More
