We were on track to arrive at the hotel a few hours before the posted check-in time, so I called the hotel and asked if it was possible for us to check in early. The staff worked quickly to get us into our room early (10:00) as we were in town for a softball tournament and needed airconditioning between games. Snuck in a $1 a night fee for a safe in the room. Not mentioned, not needed, not used, wasted money. Should have taken a closer look at the bill before paying. My mistake. Learn from it, please. more
