This is a standard courtyard but it backs to I-35 so that half the rooms sound like you are on the highway with lots of trucks. Request a room on the other side and you are fine. more

This hotel offers free internet which is a huge plus. They have a gym on site. They also offer free vouchers for another gym about a mile away but I never used them because the gym on site had 2 treadmills and a decent weight machine. The breakfast is kinda weak.
