More like an apartment complex than a hotel. Outside entrances to each room. Inside, my room was like a studio apartment with a large kitchen. Right on the freeway so it was very loud. A bit tired and in need of an update overall. Friendly, helpful staff. more

We stayed for a night getting my daughter moved into school. The room was average at best, not very clean and missing artwork on the walls. The beds were very bad. I will not hurry back. The staff were nice. The breakfast was o.k. typical free layout, nothing to write home (or review) about. more
The people at the front desk and the breakfast staff were very friendly and accomodating. Traveled to DSM for business and each day seemed better. Great hot breakfast with fresh cut fruit, big variety and I had an omelette cooked for me! I reserved a suite 3 weeks in advance - I received a confirmation from the internet service and the hotel. just plain awesome - Nice staff - Nice Breakfast - Nice Room - NICE HEATED POOL...! The only thing the staff needs to look at - is OPEN the pool BEFORE 10 am. We had Kids - and pool could open at 8 am - NOT 10 am. more
i was very happy except thiere was quite a bit of roadnoise due to being so close to the interstate but have stayed here before so was nothing unexpected.We are coming back in a couple of weeks and were wondering if we could request a room not so close to the interstate.We stay here quite a bit more
