Overly priced - smells of smoke - no free breakfast coffee maker no pot to put water in - left item in room called and they gave me run around - manager wouldn't talk to me - they kept telling me to call back for housekeeping of ourselves my stuff just magically disappeared - very outdated

Good food, friendly service, clean room, nice amenities. Pricing on room, food and bar were all competitive. Recommend the 3 egg omlette for breakfast. Portions are huge. Convenient to Interstate, Airport, and downtown.

Stayed one night before a Hawks game. Hotel was good for this purpose. Didn't need the fridge in the room but always appreciate that for longer stays. They have a nice free breakfast buffet but we didn't eat there so can't comment.

The staff was great. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel was very busy with conventions and weddings during our stay but it did not disrupt our stay at all. The parking lot got full pretty quick but they have ample parking.

I atended a convention here in June 2012. I found the hotel to be very good. Nothing went wrong for me during the convention. The front desk was especially helpful and efficient. The hotel is within walking distance of several eating places.

First, our room was nice. The AC could have worked better though. Seemed like lots of constuction workers hanging out in lobby and in front of Main entrance. Pool area could be nice, but needs work.
