I was checked in by a young lady who was the best in 20 years of traveling. The best hotel I have stayed in Cedar Rapids.Everything was perfect. The room was the best iam a road warrior who stays or 100 nights a year. The rest of Quality Inn cold use this as an example

We had booked this hotel over a month ago and received confirmation that we had a room and funds were taken out of my account that day. Wife had even called a week later because it is Iowa's homecoming. We traveled with 4 other peo ple and had 2 rooms. When we arrived they gal at the counter said "I... More

We had stayed here last year and was pleased with our stay..this time there were some problems while the lobby is new and shiny the hotel itself needs upgrading and general upkeep. In our room both chairs were so badly stained that we never sat in them, in room were a couple light switches that I never did find out... More

The lobby of this hotel is a deception of the rest of the hotel. The lobby is newly remodeled and clean but the rest of the hotel is dated, dirty and smokey. In our room we found stains on the comforter and sheets along with large stained areas on the carpet. The bathroom had cracked tiles and peeling caulking on... More

Whilst in Cedar Rapids for a wedding we stayed one night in a double queen room. The room was clean and tidy but a little aged and worn. We had a TV, fridge and microwave (which came in handy to cook some corn cobs that we received from some local friends) The bathroom was clean and water was hot with... More

This place appears spotless, except for the stains on the upholstered chair in my room. I noticed someone else mentioned the same stains in their review, but from the picture it was a different chair. I wouldn't sit in that chair on a bet. Check-in was a breeze, professional and helpful (keep up the good work Lailana). The fitness room... More

This motel needs a deep cleaning almost everywhere except the lobby which they keep fairly clean and spruced up. The lobby staff was very pleasant and helpful even getting us a new comforter to replace a gross blood stained one in our room. Hallway smoke alarm outside our room was missing. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall this motel is... More

The hotel is conveniently located to visit Amana Colonies and area. Hotel is a typical Quality Inn. Good accommodations at a reasonable price What is outstanding is the staff! I don't recall staying in a facility of this size (no matter the price) that provided such personal service. We had an issue with the alarm clock. The woman on the... More

We were with a group of people and this was one of our hotel choices. I'm glad we picked this one. I'm attaching photographs so you can see that the room was very nice and clean. The hotel looks like it's been through a bit and the hallway is a little bit dingy and smells a bit like every hotel... More

Had a great stay at the Quality Inn, (6/28/14) I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Weather your traveling and need a place to rest up or just a getaway and relax. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was also exceptional. If I... More
