We booked hotels here for a family reunion at a group rate of $53 for twelve rooms. About a month before our stay, we called to make sure our reservation was in order only to find out that the hotel had only booked one room for the group rate of $53. Although the hotel had 11 more rooms available, the head manager (who was not the person I booked the rooms with) told me he would honor the rate of $53 for one room only but we would have to pay $89.00 for the rest of the rooms, $36 more than I agreed! The manager discussed the situation with the employee who I booked the rooms with and told me that that employee had forgotten to put in the rest of the rooms into the computer. Finding out that it was his own employees mistake you would think he would acknowledging that I had a contract with him for 12 rooms at a rate of $53 but he was still unwilling to uphold that contract.
