My husband and I stayed at this hotel in May and we thought the hotel was perfectly fine. It was clean and had a great staff that was very nice and helpful. I would stay definitely stay here again. It was close to where ever we needed to go. more

We disagree with the negative reviews. We're in our late 50's. We were in Cedar Falls for just a night visiting friends. We weren't looking for a luxury motel - just a clean, comfortable place to sleep. And that's what we got. We saw a little mold on the radiator . And, yes, the carpet in the hall does smell... more

Staff very friendly and helpful, but entering the motel you smell the musty, smokey, moldy odors. Our 1st floor non-smoking room was especially bad - had trouble sleeping - there was no exhaust for the bathroom, so the post-shower dampness has created mold on all of the walls and the shower in that room. The mold smell is the first... more

We booked this hotel through Expedia, asking for non smoking rooms. Both of the rooms we were given were smoking rooms, however one of the rooms was much worse than the other. Because my son has asthma problems, my husband and I took that room. There was no outside window and the ventilation system barely moved the air. The fan... more

Even though this hotel does not have a pool, they allow guests to go next door to the Holiday Inn and use their pool and equipment. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was quick and easy. We weren't in the room much because we were in town for a sporting event. Didn't even turn the TV on but... more

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! We were in town for a wedding and should have spent more money to stay next door at the Holiday Inn! Hotel employees at the Days Inn were rude and had horrible attitudes. The price I was quoted on the internet and the price once I arrived at the hotel... more

This hotel was HORRIBLE! The smell in each room was terrible. There was mold in the bathrooms as well as the room. The rooms were filthy and so were the hallways. I would not recommend to anyone. more

There are many reasons as to why we won't stay again. Upon our arrival, our toilet was clogged. We called to have it cleared, they said that we would have to use a toilet in their laundry room. Of course we objected to that and was promptly given a new room. We open the door to our 2nd room and... more

We stayed for 3 nights in room 179 on the 1st floor. The hotel was full for most of the weekend due to several high school graduations and a holiday. There was a sliding-glass-door-sized window that looked onto the interior hallway so there was no window that would open. The room was clean, the furnishings were in good shape and... more
