The hotel is located about 15 minutes out of Waterloo on 2 major roads, not far from Hwy 20. Near the John Deere company complex. Very quiet and clean. it was a good price, room, and location to the events i was attending. it is close to the university of Northern iowa and close to shopping and food. i would stay again.

Nothing bad to say. Priced reasonable, comfortable, and breakfast was good. One of the few super 8 hotels with bisquits and sausage gravy. Would stay without a second thought. Quiet hotel as hotel is a third mile north of Interstate 20
