We picked this hotel because it is only 1 block from the Burlington Bees Baseball Stadium, Community Field. To get to hotel drive past the Great Wall restaurant and turn right at the end of their building as Quality Inn sits back behind them. Staff was nice, breakfast was nice and rooms were nice. Place was clean and nice and... More

I'd been staying at the Comfort Suites in Burlington but decided to try a less costly option. This Quality Inn fit my needs very nicely. It structure is in good repair. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very adequate. I think this will be my new regular place to stay when in Burlington.

An older property that shows a little bit of age but it looks like the folks running it do there best to keep it nice. The property is just off Roosevelt(Burlington's main drag) a few blocks from the casino. The room was large well kept and clean. The breakfast has lots of options all the basics plus sausage patties and... More

We were headed north to Minneapolis and decided to stay in Burlington, IA at Quality Inn. Good choice as solid value stop ... clean, friendly, nice am breakfast and located in the heart of 'food alley' so several good dinner choices after arrival. For a quick, affordable overnight this motel met our expectation. A tad hard to see at first... More

The management has tried to update this older property. The bedding included comfortable duvets and lots of pillows. The separate sink area had newer granite and faucets. The bathroom floor was tiled, but cracked. The toilet bowl had a small crack in it and black mold encircled the top edge of the bowl. So they just need to continue their... More

The staff is courteous and the rates average. While the room was clean, I rated it down because of the untidy exterior of the building and the filthy AC filter. The filter was so dust clogged that the unit could not cool our room. I elected to wash it out myself rather than wait on hotel maintenance. This is a... More

The check-in clerk was very helpful in allowing room changes and directing us to a good local restaurant. We were very pleased with the service. The location made it easy to get downtown, to the river, and out of town.

I am rating this as excellent based on what it was. I needed an overnight room, associated with hospital stay and just wanted to get the best deal. Not as fancy or nice as Comfort Suites, but for the afforadable hotel rooms is was great. Queen bed, spacious room, multiple lights, ironing board and iron, in-house computer in lobby area,... More

We spent a one night stop-over at the Quality Inn in Burlington, driving down the Great River Road. The reception was friendly, the room had everything we needed, including free wifi and ethernet and we thought it good value. We slept well and the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet is best skipped! But at this room price we would... More

I gave this 4 stars because everything at this hotel was great. They even welcomed my Doberman. But, my wife was met with a Bad attitude from Frank Meyers when she went to pay for additional days. Frank Meyers was out of control and totally rude to my wife when she went to the desk the morning of July 7th... More
