We stayed at this hotel in early May on the last night of our vacation. We had always heard good things but we were very disappointed. The indoor water park was great no complaints with that. However our room was not clean. We were on the 3rd floor and they are doing construction on some of the rooms so the... More

I took my 2 grandchildren (7 & 9) to Burlington for the weekend and unfortunately our stay was not a good one. Although the kids had a good time at the indoor 'waterpark', we were VERY disappointed to find out that of all the attractions at this hotel this is the only one included in the room price. ALL of... We had never stayed here before, but found a good online rate for an overnight on Sunday after a Bees game and decided to try it out. I want to emphasize right out of the gate that our room was --excellent--.....it was nice and clean, and the shower was one of the best ones I've ever had in a hotel.... More

If planning a trip make sure not to stay when part of hotel is under construction. My family was woke up at 7am to hammers and sanding and could be heard from the 3rd floor. Just a plain room just like any other hotel.

We got a package deal to stay at this hotel/resort that included a 2 queen bed room, 4 passes to the indoor waterpark, $40 in credit to the Fun City play area, a party pizza and four drinks, and 8 credits toward attractions at Fun City (like go carts). This package cost approx. $199 plus tax. The ONLY problem I... More

We met some friends for a kids weekend. I was surprised how nice the rooms were. We have never stayed before but have visited the outside waterpark before during the summer. The rooms have a mini frig and a microwave. Two queen beds. Third floor is being remodeled so we had a new bathroom and new carpet. Not super fancy... More

We stayed on a Saturday night in a suite that slept eight people. It was a very large room and it was clean, but wallpaper was starting to peel off and the carpet had so many ripples in it that we had to be careful not to trip. The biggest disappointment, however, was the indoor "water park". Apparently the photos... More

My family and I were in Burlington visiting family for a small vacation/getaway. Upon first calling to inquire about reservations I felt very good about the establishment, I had made my reservations with Brady who was very informative, helpful, and upbeat about the establishment, she gave me all the great information about the resort and ammenities I could expect. The... More

We recently stayed the weekend for a family celebration. Our reservations were made months in advance. We had reserved a block of rooms so that our we could be next to our children and grandchildren. My husband and I had reserved 2 of these rooms for two nights. Three days prior to checking in we canceled 1 of these rooms... More

This hotel has potential but is ran poorly. I called the hotel four months before my mother's 80th birthday to reserve a block of rooms located next to each other for my family who were coming from all over. When we arrived last weekend, they had us spread out all over the building. This is a huge hotel and we... More
