Checking in is the first impression. The front desk staff would benefit from a class on customer service. Horrible. We felt like we were interrupting them each time we had to interact with them. The spa was great. Highly recommend Laura if you are looking to get a cut/color. I also booked a massage and requested a deep tissue. The... More

Hotel sits in an industrial area. There is nothing to do in the area other than the attractions associated with the hotel/FunCity. Hotel staff nice, pleasant. Good customer service. No fitness center and pool area is part of the water park and also for public use. Room furnishings were very worn and dated. Water park was nice, but much smaller... More

I spent the first weekend in August 2014 at this hotel with several family members. Rooms were fine, obviously an older hotel, with dark hallways that seemed dingy, but the FunCity part of the hotel is good. Our kids loved it, even though the area for small children outside was shut down all weekend. All that could be overlooked and... More

I took 8 adults and 3 children on our trip to Pzazz. We had a special needs child with us-- and asked for a few special requests. They did those and above and beyond those requests....Marleena (manager) was beyond helpful and she is a top notch employee pzazz-- treat her well. We will be back for sure! Great place for... More

We just got back after being gone for the weekend at Pzazz! Now, we have been there once a year every year over the last 5 years and have watched it get worse and worse, UNTIL NOW!!! What great improvements!!!! We were so pleasantly surprised at the new indoor everything! Sky Trail was great for big and little kids, Ballocity... More

The water park was ok, but Pzazz was pathetic. Outdated, dark, noisy with a tiny bathroom for a family suite. VERY OVERPRICED! Got coupons but you had to pay for them. One restaurant that was decent but not open for breakfast. Hallways were dingy and cold. This cost almost as much as a nice hotel we just stayed in New... More

The hotel room was nice and clean but the hotel itself needed work with leaky ceiling tiles. The edgewater grill was horrible. The seats were dirty and smelly, worst salad bar ever, and only greasy food options. We gave it a second chance for breakfast and everything was cold and over cooked. Gasoline allies was good food but all greasy,... More

We stayed at the Pzazz resort on the family side as we were guests at a family wedding. The rooms were small given the fact that they were supposed to accommodate families. They were dark and unsafe for small children. Our two year old could unscrew the bed posts and the door didn't have a deadbolt so she could get... More

The outdoor waterpark area is still the main attraction and if you stay in the summer it is worth the trip. However the remodel of the indoor waterpark is so very terribly disappointing! To go from such a large indoor water space which makes a nice place to go when the weather isn't warm to the small section that was... More

5 year repeat customers should speak for itself! One of our family summer highlights every year. So wonderful to have ONE place where children of all ages can go to laugh, relax, and have fun. From the fantastic waterpark, super fun go-carts for both adults and smaller kiddos, pizza the size of the table (YUM!!!), arcade games, laser tag, and... More
