Sence they added the casino this has been a great family get away for my whole family. My childern love the lazer tag and go carts and my husband and I enjoy the casino as well as just getting away with out having to go far and spend a ton of money. We spend very little time in the hotel... more

Read some of the post before going to BW. Was a little leery about what the room was going to be like. I was impressed how nice it was. We had room 105. Only drawback it was the first room near the traffic for the indoor waterpark. It was nice for us being we didn't have to walk far. Did... more

We stayed at Fun City for our daughters' 5th birthday. It was a really enjoyable time. The water park is a great deal of fun in the middle of a cold winter...and we have stayed in the summer too and enjoyed the outdoor park too. The hotel is not the nicest but it is great to have attached to the... more

My in-laws are from Burlington, so we've stayed at the Pzazz off-and-on over the years, all the way back to when they had the different pool (pre-waterpark.) If I'd not stayed at other hotels in the area, this might have gotten a 2 out of 5. But, compared to the other places in the area, this is definitely on the... more

My parents stayed in room 335 and my wife and I were in 337. This entire hotel was filled with mold, most especially in our rooms. There was mold everywhere even under the wet carpet, behind the wallpaper, all around the window. After complaining to the management we were told they were booked solid. When we got back home, we... more

We thought this was a fun and cheap weekend for ourselves and 2 year old. The Pzazz was not luxury and you can tell it has a bit of age too it but the rooms were clean and the staff was all very nice and helpfull. Our only real complaint would be that they need to build a dry play... more

Our family stayed 2 nights, Sunday, August 5-Tuesday August 7, 2007 at the Best Western Pzazz in Burlington, Iowa. We stayed under a $179 + $50 mega game bucks special for 2 nights. We arrived at around 2 pm and to our surprise, our room was available. It appeared we were the only lucky ones as most people were told... more

Originally from Burlington so know the property well. First stay since it became Fun City. Took 10 & 13 year old for a one night stay. Indoor water park a bit lame for kids over 10 years old, and pool has pretty limited hours. Outdoor looks like more too offer but open to public. Plenty of things to keep kids... more
