We came here to watch my son play football. This was the host hotel for all 3 grade level teams and their families. The positive thing is the staff was excellent The negative We checked in and the first thing I said when we got to our room was this is going to be very loud. Ear plugs were provided... More

Thank you for submitting a review for your stay at our hotel. Being the host hotel for a youth event will definitely change the tone of the hotel for a weekend and bring more than 133 youth football players and families together at one time. As we try to create quiet zones by 10:30pm so that all of our guests... More

Stayed in the Four Points Sheraton, and I admit I had higher expectations for it being a Sheraton. The room needs updating. It looks like there was some updating in the bathroom, on the vanity, but the rest was meager. The bathroom had a lot of stains on the floor, on the tile surrounding the tub, and behind the toilet.... More

This hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for. The rooms are dated and the whole hotel is in desperate needs of the face lift. I only stayed here because I wanted to use my SPG points. The rooms weren't filthy, but not what I would call clean either. The people who worked at the front desk were... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night before a business meeting. The hotel was tired and in need of updating - not a problem when looking for somewhere to sleep. I became concerned when I looked around my room and found a pair of ear plugs, a white noise machine and a note from the hotel. Essentially the note... More

I travel A LOT. Domestic and international. This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at above $49.99. This hotel stinks, literally. My clothes smell from the room. Probably because nothing has been replaced in the rooms since it was built, a long time ago. Carpets are nasty, wallpaper in bathrooms covered by dust, dirt in every corner, hairs in... More

This Four Points by Sheraton was a disappointment. The entire hotel requires updating. A seemingly dark lobby, low lighting in the room, the disadvantage of a dark room overlooking the interior courtyard, a sink that shot out filthy water onto the countertop and floor, late afternoon room service, a noisy heating and air conditioning unit, slow bar service, and a... I was nervous after entering the room because they had earplugs and a white noise machine on the desk to use but it was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the television was nice. It was a nice evening. I would stay there again.

I felt the parking lot especially by door 2 (which is were I was supposed to park for my room location) was not properly lit especially for a woman traveling alone. I also didn't feel the lighting was sufficient around the pool area and hallway going to my guestroom. Everything else was great.

As an SPG Plat I do expect to be upgraded to best available room. No such luck here. The property is a long way from the Interstate and I made the decision to stay loyal to SPG but my time and effort where for naught. My room was tired and old and the bathroom floor was filthy and I mean... More

We stayed in a room right next to the indoor pool on a Friday night. It was very noisy until about 11 and then it was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was too low for tall people and there was a bit of mold in the shower. A brighter light near the bed for reading would... More
