I travel A LOT. Domestic and international. This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at above $49.99. This hotel stinks, literally. My clothes smell from the room. Probably because nothing has been replaced in the rooms since it was built, a long time ago. Carpets are nasty, wallpaper in bathrooms covered by dust, dirt in every corner, hairs in... More

This Four Points by Sheraton was a disappointment. The entire hotel requires updating. A seemingly dark lobby, low lighting in the room, the disadvantage of a dark room overlooking the interior courtyard, a sink that shot out filthy water onto the countertop and floor, late afternoon room service, a noisy heating and air conditioning unit, slow bar service, and a... I was nervous after entering the room because they had earplugs and a white noise machine on the desk to use but it was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the television was nice. It was a nice evening. I would stay there again.

I felt the parking lot especially by door 2 (which is were I was supposed to park for my room location) was not properly lit especially for a woman traveling alone. I also didn't feel the lighting was sufficient around the pool area and hallway going to my guestroom. Everything else was great.

As an SPG Plat I do expect to be upgraded to best available room. No such luck here. The property is a long way from the Interstate and I made the decision to stay loyal to SPG but my time and effort where for naught. My room was tired and old and the bathroom floor was filthy and I mean... More

We stayed in a room right next to the indoor pool on a Friday night. It was very noisy until about 11 and then it was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was too low for tall people and there was a bit of mold in the shower. A brighter light near the bed for reading would... More

The room was alright. The most frustrating thing was that the second we walked into room we turned down the thermostat immediately. It was all the way down the entire time we stayed be that night it was very hot in the room and it seemed like the whole thermostat was fake because it was clearly doing nothing. We used... More

I attended a reunion of sorts at Purdue University and stayed over the weekend. The location was convenient, about a 5 min drive from the center of campus. But these atrium type hotels with the family style pool/jacuzzi in the center and the all the noise it generates isn't a feature I appreciate. Obviously the users tend to be smaller... More

Properties like this are tough. You know that no one in the present day thinks a pool in an interior courtyard is a good idea, but there it is, unavoidable, and extra chlorine-y. I appreciate the effort here to make it a bit less out of place with a wall of fake ivy. But really the pool isn't the only... More

I have stayed at this property many times long before it became a Four Points. It had become a dump. It was so run down that the cosmetic changes Starwood made have been overshadowed by the general poor conditions of the property but I saw some progress this trip. Things looked better. This is still not a new hotel and... More
