Stayed for 3 nights this time and love the tranquil surroundings. This Inn knows how to do customer service, amazing breakfasts and help-yourself delicious cheesecake through the evening. Will visit again next time. NOTE: Check their website for $30/nite off coupon!

We recently spent one night at the Inn at Aberdeen while passing through Valparaiso. We enjoyed our stay there. Our room was large and easily accomodated our family of four. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our breakfast at the Inn the next morning. I would highly recommend for a family stay or a romantic getaway.

Thanks for being a part of the Inn's family! We try to make everyone feel at home, just like going to "grandma's" in our 1800s home. Business travelers, couples and families - makes no difference - you are all welcome and a part of us. Have a great summer and we hope to see you back soon ! The new... More

My mother surprised me and my wife with a lovely stay at this gem of a place! We really enjoyed on how free roaming the place was and how convenient the staff and inn keepers were. Awesome room we stayed in; the enidinburg suite. On the second floor upon entering the B&B,The grand stair case was adorned with a picture... More

Thanks for your great review and we are delighted that you had a good time. Our main water heater went out this past weekend and the plumbers started up a back-up. Jacuzzi brand tubs (all of ours) always drain 100%, so our guests don't get to "enjoy" a previous guests adventures. What you were experiencing was some calcium and iron... More

We booked this Inn after much research to celebrate our anniversary. Our arrival was at the appointed time. After all of our travel, imagine my dismay, when we are given a different room than the one that we had paid for. This room's decor and lighting were dark. Also, it was hot due to faulty air conditioning. Therefore, we did... More

It is hard to respond to comments 9 months after the fact since this August 2014 concern is posted May 2015. I also have NO RESERVATIONS in August 2014. for a "Debra K". Our guests select their suite when they book on-line with our Inn's software or call the Inn directly. The only time they would be moved is if... More

We stayed one night in the Balmoral room. The room was beautiful and it was immaculately clean. There were 3 negatives, the room faced the street (Highway 2) and there was a lot of traffic noise; the bed springs squeaked every time we moved, and we could not get the jacuzzi to work. We filled it up to the right... More

Thanks for your nice review. Sorry about your difficulty with the Jacuzzi. It is not an electric switch for obvious reasons but a pneumatic (air) button which needs to be pressed fully or sometimes two times quickly and it starts right up. There is a card in the amenity basket which tries to explain this and we are always there... More

We visited on a cold spring weekend. The Inn was well-heated, as was our room, especially when we turned on the fireplace. The suite allowed doors to be shut so 1 of us could sleep while the other watched TV. Eggs Benedict for breakfast was delicious along with yogurt and fruit. Friendly staff topped off our stay!

We enjoyed having you at the Inn. The Aberdeen Suite is the original master bedroom of the 1850s home. Many guests find it special, although in 1850 you would have had to go outside for the "bathroom" and pump your own water at the well. We upgraded, just for you ! Have a great Spring. More

So disappointed! Arrived on 12/24/14 and checked in, leaving immediately afterwards for our Christmas Eve celebration with family, returning to the property after midnight. We were tired! We turned down the bed to find blood stains on the sheets. It was too late to do anything about it, so we slept on top of the covers. Absolutely disgusting! We took... More

We have an innkeeper on-duty, on-site 24 hours a day. Even though the guests were coming in from a wedding reception quite late at night, if the issue had been raised when first noted, it could have been easily resolved within minutes that evening. The bedding could have been changed. We assume the housekeeper may have had a scrape on... More

I took my husband there for his birthday as a surprise. It was his first time at a bed n breakfast. It is a beautiful home with fireplaces in almost every room. Also jacuzzi tubs. They even have one with a kitchen like a small apartment with separate entrance. The breakfast were very good. The owners are very nice along... More

My husband and I stayed in the Cawdor Suite on the ground level and absolutely loved the Inn and the room! We had outside guests join us for breakfast on Saturday morning; the staff was simply lovely and accommodated us by setting up the cozy library for privacy. Special, special, special! MUST see in December with all the holiday decorations.... More

We had a very good experience at this B&B, where we stopped for just one night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable. It was really cold outside, so we were grateful for the gas fireplace -- very cozy! The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also good: a yogurt, berry, and granola parfait, followed...
