This motel was a huge disappointment. After a day enjoying Holiday World, we were looking forward to a relaxing evening. We have stayed in the Day's Inn chain before and have been pleased, but Day's Inn should remove this motel from it's franchise. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked and paid for this room online -... more

I stayed at this hotel with 5 friends during a trip to Holiday World. We are college kids so we were okay with a bad hotel if it was cheap. The reviews were scary but we figured we'd only be sleeping here. We ended up being pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The motel is old, and there are definitely signs... more

I'm trying really hard to be fair with this review. Friends picked the hotel and, after reading the TA reviews, I'm sure that I had some pre-existing prejudices before arriving. The good: 1.) The hotel has been renovated in recent years. Artwork, bedspreads, bathroom tiles, drapes, furniture, upolstery are relatively new. 2.) The hotel is pretty inexpensive. We paid about... more

This place was terrible. The toilet was nasty, hair in the floor, roaches, nasty beds, and cloudy pool water. They only gave 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per room, and when we asked for more wash cloths they said they were out. What motel runs out of Wash Cloths?? Of course there was NO microwave or fridge like the... more

I can't believe that we actually stayed at this hotel for two nights....If it weren't for the rooms already being paid for by my sister, I would have left as soon as the hotel became visible from the road. It looked like a hotel from the projects....it was all ran down and looked abandoned, it smelled like you were sitting... more

Because of last minute travel plans, I booked 3 nights here instead of Owensboro. Our room was recently remodeled. It was clean & freshly painted. Not bad. When we returned to our room on the last night, the room had not been cleaned, and all the towels and washcloths were gone. The desk clerk said there were no towels available.... more

I booked 16 rooms and not one was descent! From doors that did not lock to broken toilets or outright filthy bathrooms, not to mention the racial slur we recieved while walking to a local restaurant I hating making my youth and young adult ministry sleep in such a filthy place. Here is my list of complaints: hole in the... more

This hotel was horrible!!!! The bathroom was so small when you sat on the toilet your knee would touch the piping under the sink. This hotel should be shut down. I will never stay at a days inn again due to they are not keeping up there name. I used to think of them as a cheap hotel, but with... more

This was the most rude and unclean place that I have EVER stayed at. The floors were filthy with trash, hair, and bugs! You had to step up into the bathroom and hope that you didn't trip trying to get into the tiny bathroom. The maid service was terrible. Out of a two night stay we didn't have clean towels... more
