We arrived at 1 AM after a long couple days of travel. It's no secret that area hotels make their money during football weekends. Lots of demand, limited supply, so I guess I wasn't terribly surprised that the bathroom was in such bad shape. Hotel was good as before. Personnel on desk on check in were pleasant and helpful in adding on extra earlier day of arrival and gave me the room that I wanted. Only negative thing was no sausages for breakfast on Sat and Sun and new coffee maker causing problems on Sat morning.

Room was clean, a little dated. Fridge and microwave in the room was nice. Hot tub was large but not much for jets to move the water. Pool was nice sized, sometimes there weren't too many towels available but they brought some as soon as they were notified. We stayed at the Quality Inn for the 3rd time this year for our visit to Notre Dame. We will definitely be back again. It is the one of the most convenient hotels to Notre Dame. Needed to stay for one night during the visit for Notre Dame. For this price range there's only so much that can be expected from a hotel. Room was clean, enough space for 2 people. Bathroom ok. Breakfast in the morning was sparse, but some items were eatable. Overall good, cheap, clean place for a short stay.

Came into town rather late with no reservation, quickly served by a friendly gentleman who explained the area as well as hotel amenities to us. Room was on the first floor close to pool (which was closed for maintenance) rooms seemed to have been semi updated within the last few years. Stop off from MA to NE. At first sight was impressed but once checked in some real issues. 1. Toilet clogged took over an hour for someone to come with plunger. Stayed for one night and it was a great experience. The person who checked us in was so friendly and checked us in quickly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good (although there was not enough seating but we were there on a busy morning). The room was clean and comfortable and included a microwave and mini-fridge.

We have stayed at many Quality Inn's and this was not quite up to their usual standard. Not that our stay was bad just not as nice as others and therefore only an average rating.
