Our family just stayed at the Quality Inn for our annual family reunion and what perfect accomadations they made for us, they allowed us to use a picnic area outside by the pool for a cookout and we had a great time, all the staff were very accomodating to our needs and anything we forgot they provided for us, the... more

I recently stayed at the quality inn and there was so much to do we will definitely go back, they have 2 swimming pools and a big arcade area plus they have Gippers lounge that we went to for some appetizers and a night cap, hotel was older but clean and very comfortable and well worth the money we spent... more

I have stayed at the Quality Inn near the airport which is new, but the walls are paperthin, and there were lots of noisy people staying there. I had stayed at the one on Dixie Hwy a number of years ago, and that was a pretty good stay. Here's the overall: When I checked in, I was given a room... more

We were driving across Indiana on 80 and needed to find a hotel. A search in our ChoiceAdvantage catalog led us to call this property and make a reservation. We found it to be old and in need of renovations. However, our room and linens were clean, the room did not smell of smoke, and the waffles at breakfast were... more

Ewww. Our nonsmoking room smelled like a cigar bar, there were dead worms in our bathtub, housekeeping had no fresh towels on two different occasions, there was no food at the continental breakfast, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out them. Our complaints were laughed at, as it was a "Notre Dame weekend" and hotels all hotels... more

We stayed out there for an ND game. Its not the Ritz Carlton but its a decent hotel near the campus. It is easy to get to the campus from the hotel located just a mile down the road. The hotel and rooms are a bit worn but its clean. To thier defense they were renovating the lobby when we... more

I've honestly never been somewhere with more potential, but clearly no one cares. Very old & dirty hotel. I've never seen so many nasty carpet stains in my life. Very small room-too small for rollaway. The bathroom was literally smaller than something you see in a camper. The guest dryer quit working while my SOAKED clothes were inside. After literally... more

This was the most filthy horrible hotel I have ever been in. The desk clerk was nice and changed rooms but the smell of smoke and mildew did not change. The lobby wreaked of smoke which the desk clerk said was because of the bar. The carpet was filthy in the lobby ,the hallways and rooms. The doors stuck and the... more

While this hotel shows some age, the rooms are very clean and updated in many cases. We stayed here at a time when it was very quiet with low occupancy. I understand it can be quite different during the home football weekends at Notre Dame. The front desk people were very friendly and accomodating. We received the senior rate which... more

I just returned from my long journey and one of our stops was in South Bend. We were very pleased with our accomodations at the Quality Inn University. Driving through we called around for the best rates without having to compromise cleanliness. The Quality Inn University had it all; an indoor pool, continental breakfast, a fantastic sports bar, and it... more
