Bed Bugs. I left the hotel with multiple bites. Check in was pleasant. Room is small and dark. It might be the best hotel in downtown South Bend, and convenient to the College Football hall of fame. But there are better hotels within 5 miles. more

Arrived late and checked out early for a meeting so I can' t comment much on the facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with nice beds.
