We stayed here during a cross-country re-location trip. As of our visit, this location had not been updated as many others had by then. We booked online. Check-in went smoothly and the desk clerk was decent. The room was tidy and as clean as can be expected. We were in a non-smoking room, but did get some wafts of smoke... More

The price of hotel rooms in South Bend during Notre Dame home games is ridiculous. All rates increase by a minimum of 100%. Motel 6 was selected on price alone. A group of 3 booked 2 rooms. My room was acceptable with a queen bed and looked as of it was recently painted. The bed and pillows were comfortable resulting... More

I stayed here December 6th. I stay in hotels 300 + nights yearly for work, so a cheap price is important. If you are traveling with your family, this is not the place for you. The checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a bit dated and run down, but clean.

Hotel was old but it served it's purpose. Why pay $200+ to sleep in South Bend for football when you can pay $100 and change. Minutes from the stadium and parking. They had a shuttle but I didn't use. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Most of all I taught my son a much needed lesson about the almighty dollar.... More

I stayed at this hotel in August 2014 and got bit by something. I ended up with probably over 100 bites on my arms, leg, back, stomach, feet and hands. I have the pictures but they refuse to acknowledge that it happened at their hotel. Their pest company couldn't find anything, well I showed the clerk before I left some... More

If you read any of my past reviews you can see I don't typically stay at Motel 6. But, I made an exception as I needed a room for a weekend Notre Dame football game. To my surprise most decent hotels were either booked or their prices were over $300/night. I couldn't see spending that much on a room in... More

Noisy, dirty, very dirty! place should be torn down. I tried to sleep but people outside the room talking very loud and there was a girl walking about that looked like a diseased cheap street walker that you see on TV. I stayed about 3 hours and left, slept in my vehicle. I have never stayed in a worse motel... More

I read the reviews and knew what to expect, but as it was the only available hotel within a 50 mile radius of Notre Dame on game night (football) I figured I could stick it out for 8 hours to sleep. Yes, the room was run down, the sheets felt like sand paper and noise from outside sounded like it... More

If you need a good nights sleep this might not be the right place to stay! I stayed here for two nights the first night was ok, the room was adequate, the bed was actually comfortable, the TV was small but had a good selection of channels. The number of cars coming in with the bass cranked up was bad!... More
