Liked this hotel-a short way from the center of town-yummy cookies on the reception desk-great breakfast with eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles-small but nice pool-would have enjoyed a hot tub-nice big room with comfortable beds-if you like to walk the residential neighborhood the hotel adjoins offers nice quiet, safe streets for a good walk-we would stay here again... more

My mom and I stayed here for the first time on our annual trip to Shipshewana. We normally stay at the Essenhaus, but due to a tight budget this year we chose this place. It was a good choice for the money. $80 per night compared to around $200 at the Essenhaus. The lobby is very cozy, with a fireplace.... more

Lovely facility! We had a two room king suite at a rate just over $100. Now this isn't high season but that was still a bargain. Great check-in customer service...we asked about a place where we had eaten lunch in the past and which sold fresh noodles. We were no sooner in our room than the front desk clerk called... more

We stayed only one night at this hotel, but found our King suite spacious and great for a family with small children. It had a small fridge and microwave. Additionally, it allowed the bedroom door to close so the children could sleep while we were awake in the morning. Breakfast was included and was fine. The indoor pool was not... more

Even though it is about 40 miles from Notre Dame, we always stay here when attending Irish football games. It is quiet, friendly and very clean. Only a few restaurants nearby. It is in the middle of Indiana Amish country, so it is fun to see the horse-drawn carriages. more

The hotel is on the main Shipshewana road about one mile from the centre of the town. We had a ground-floor room with a nice view overlooking the back fields - ideal for the sunrise. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Well furnished with plenty of bedding. The bathroom was modern and clean - though it had the standard... more

We had a delightful family reunion in Shipshewana with Country Inn & Suites as our "hub". The front desk was SO courteous and helpful, it was unbelievable! We had 12 girls there between the ages of 6 and 15, and the staff was so friendly to them! Our girls often "hung out" in the lobby or breakfast room. The front... more

We stayed here in order to attend the flea market at Shipshewana. Our stay started out a bit shaky as our room wasn't ready for us at 4:00 p.m., but we were offered a suite instead of our king room at no extra charge. This was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good, but there... more

Visited Shipshewana during the July 4th holiday and stayed at the Country Inn & Suites. LOVED IT! The cleanest place I've seen and just like home. Great comp breakfast in the morning with lots of variety, free cookies at the Reg desk (what a nice touch) and a nice pool area. Very quiet area but close to everything. Can't wait... more
