Even though it is about 40 miles from Notre Dame, we always stay here when attending Irish football games. It is quiet, friendly and very clean. Only a few restaurants nearby. It is in the middle of Indiana Amish country, so it is fun to see the horse-drawn carriages. more

Visited Shipshewana during the July 4th holiday and stayed at the Country Inn & Suites. LOVED IT! The cleanest place I've seen and just like home. Great comp breakfast in the morning with lots of variety, free cookies at the Reg desk (what a nice touch) and a nice pool area. Very quiet area but close to everything. Can't wait... more
