The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Holiday World. We had a room in the family suite section. The room was big and clean, but a bit dated. Staff was friendly enough. The bed and pillows were just ok. Overall, the location makes it the place to stay for Holiday World. It's fine, just not great.

We stay here every May when we visit Holiday World. It is a great little hotel, but don't expect 5 stars. It was clean and the location to Holiday World is GREAT. We will be staying here for the next several years :-)
