I was told at check in that the hotel is no longer a Hyatt. I was disappointed that I could not use my gold card for Hyatt points, but o well. Plenty of self parking as well as valet parking. The parking lot was well lit and I didn't feel uncomfortable leaving my vehicle in the lot. I never had... more

If you are looking for 5 stars rooms at this hotel you may be disappointed. The rooms are adequate but not spectacular. The bedding is comfortable but not tempurpedic by any stretch. I have stayed here many times and it wasn't for the room thats for sure! The highlight of the property is by far the casino. If you are... more

My friends and I went on a casino trip. We visited Four Winds, Blue Chip, Belterra, Grand Victoria and Argosy. We are from Cleveland Ohio and have no casinos...yet. Anyway, we were happily surprised by the Grand Victoria, much more charm than the other riverboats that we visited. Hope to go back!! more

We stayed her for one night for the express purpose of visiting the casino. I won't comment on it other than the slots were NOT loose! Enough said. The hotel is a three-floor building that is far removed from the casino, restaurants, and even the front desk. It is a long walk to just reach the elevator, and the hallways... more

I drove from Dayton, to spend the afternoon on Sunday. I like to play roulette, the place was crowded, and have not been there for about a year. Looked over the entire boat and only one table, with a row of people watching the game. What a waste, I normally end up winning or loosing a grand. I thought I... more

My wife and I visited the Grand Victoria for the first time on a casino visit. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The bellman Chris was exceptionally nice. The main attraction of the hotel is the casino, so I would not recommend this hotel for a family visit. The staff did a good job cleaning the... more

We were a bus tour and I know most people in hotels probably don't like to see a bus tour of Sr. citizens come to stay as most are pretty critical but don't you realize we have been lots of places , done a lot of things and maybe you should take our complaints to heart. This place is very... more

We stayed at Grand Victoria again and it was better this time. This time we paid extra for the premium bedding & view package. The bedding was very soft and had a fluffy comforter. We had a view of the river and casino but we were on the first floor so it was not much of a view. Because it... more

I stayed at the Grand Victoria this week for the first time after spending several nights at the Argosy and the Belterra Casino, which are on either side of the Grand Vic. I had a free room with a nice view of the riverboat. My room was clean and quiet; the carpet in the halls is showing a little wear,... more

I stayed there with my 12 yr old niece for a comped room. The room view was wonderful but the sofa was rock hard and uncomfortable to sit on. My niece had a great time in the indoor pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and work out room which was open until midnight. It's separated from the rooms so using the pool doesn't... more
