A very clean and affordable place to stay. Calling on the road, the proprietor held a room for me without asking for a credit card; difficult while driving, even though I always use hands-free. He provided me with a ground level room and was very pleasant to talk with. 2.3 mile south of I-70, it was only $56 total. 765-966-1505

Motel was easy to find, a little from the Highway but not bad. Room was clean but had a horrible damp, mold smell. Good for the wallet bad for the sinuses and allergies. Wouldn't stay again. Also Staff wasn't very friendly.

Hey, it's a Knight's Inn, it's not the Double Tree. For about 60 bucks you get a quiet room you can pull your car right up to to unload (I travel for work with a ton of stuff). Fridge, micro, comfy bed. OK so a few tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and there's no crummy hotel breakfast, so what.... More

I faithfully consult Trip Advisor for motel ratings, & usually they are very accurate. Not this time! How this motel gets a 4 rating is beyond me. Courtyard layout, outside entrances, puny lobby (if you can call it that). Asked for lower level, got 2nd floor. Room terribly damp, smell throughout room. Bathroom had been renovated, very clean. Carpet cold,... More

For 54.95 this is a good choice, Beds were good; fresh linens, blanket and nice fluffy pillows. Rooms clean and fresh. Refrig, microwave and coffee maker in room. Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. motel 6 just 4 miles away was $119. Only drawback was a poor breakfast: cold cereal, white bread for toast. No handicapped rooms.

This is a low cost motel, that is some distance from the Interstate. It is old timey in interior layout and the breakfast (cereal/milk, coffee and donuts) is minimal. However, the owners manage to make it quiet, comfortable enough and very clean. As a result, I think you get a little more of a fair return for your travel buck... More

Park outside of your room. Older motel. But you couldn't tell that when you walked into your room! Very clean! Spotless bathroom! Older TV, but who cares! It worked well and still had too many channels. Comfortable beds with good pillows. When you just need get a little rest before continuing your trip why should you have to pay more... More

When driving I70 last night and realizing that we were too tired to reach our final destination, we looked for a convenient stop that was both clean and cheap, and according to TripAdvisor reviews, this was a good choice. And it proved to be just that. It's a bit dated, but the king bed was plenty comfy with pristine white... More

My wife & I needed a place to stay for one night in Richmond. The Knights Inn filled the bill. We were happy with the cleanliness and comfort we experienced. We didn't stay for breakfast, but from what others say, we didn't miss out on much. If we come through Richmond IN again, we would most likely stay here. The... More
