The Rosewood Mansion Inn is a travesty of one man's neglect. Owner Fletcher Durbin has allowed the once-beautiful home to fall into disrepair: chipping paint, pealing wall paper, crumbling plaster, exposed wires, and more. However, one could overlook these sad reminders of a decaying home and still be charmed by the expansive rooms, elegant stair, and remarkable stained-glass windows. But one could not overlook the farce that is the breakfast served at the Rosewood Mansion Inn. We understood that our meal would be continental. A continental breakfast would be acceptable, were it not served on unwashed plates, containers, and flatware. This is no exaggeration: There was a growth of mold on the kool-aid stained milk pitcher large enough to be sentient. more
