we have had over one thousand happy guests so far this ski year of 2007-2008, and i am so sorry that this particular guest had such a negative experience. this is my invitation to this guest to contact me, so that we may discuss your stay....we certainly don't want our guests to have a bad experience.
We visited Paoli Peaks Ski Resort in Paoli Indiana and stayed slopeside at the Trailview Ski Lodge. I will cover both seperately below.The Paoli Ski Resort is "ok". trailview ski lodging has been in business for over 20 years. we are located on a ski slope, so naturally, the road to reach the lodges is an access road. this particular guest was very angry because it rained during their stay. every complaint they had, we immediately addressed. every weekend, we are fully booked and have had many thousands...
