I have stayed here twice, both this year and last for a work project in the area. The front desk staff is solid, a lot of young people, who aren't always the sharpest with customer service, but are eager to please if you make clear what you want. The front desk associates were very nice & helpful! The lobby was very clean. There is a Subway located in front of the hotel, with access to it from the inside of the hotel. The hall had a fresh clean sent. The room was very clean & smelled good also. I would stay here again, without a second thought. more
