every staff member went out of there way for me,and made me truly feel like my comfort and needs really mattered.I was traveling with an 8wk old and a 2 yr old.I forgot to stop and get apple juice for the 2yr old.,a staff member found keys and got some apple juice from me,even though it was way past breakfast!

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The beds were warm and comfortable, everything in the room worked properly, and when I went downstairs to get a cup of hot water the front desk agent didn't hesitate to go and get me a fresh one! I would definatly reccommend staying there.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. As a Diamond member I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn's over the course of a year. This location is seeing some wear. Very nice staff people but the hotel has upkeep issues with the rooms. Bathrooms show rust and caulking is missing where needed. More than likely will reserve another location next time I come to Louisville.

I stayed 5 nights and had one day where the room was not cleaned. Never has that happened to me before. Breakfast was okay. Salty eggs. Juice okay but loved the coffee. Pool needed a good cleaning. Hair balls on the bottom. Around my feet and out I got. YUCK!!

We spend the night here when attending a concert in Louisville. It's only a short drive across the Ohio River to Louisville. Rooms are clean and the staff was nice. Good stop and go place to stay for quick overnight trip.
