Very poor management attitude. Stayed for a week on business. I am a Hilton Honors member and when not receiving newspaper on the first day, was told that they could do nothing about it. Next day, same story and manager could not even dream of a solution to the problem for future days. Rarely anyone at front desk. Have to... more

This hotel is way below usual Hampton standards. While it is fairly clean, there is no attention to detail on normal amenities. Our first experience of a US hotel and it was everything we could want. Great location for what we needed, very helpful and friendly staff, big clean rooms. Breakfast was a joy. Couldn't have been better. more
