My husband and I received a one night stay as a gift from our son Christmas 2010. We finally managed to use our stay the first week of December 2011. It was a wonderful time. The weather was perfect for shopping and the Inn was great. The innkeepers had a fire going when we returned from supper to warm us... More

We've not stayed in a bed and breakfast before so I was a bit hesitant, after all I know what to expect at a hotel. What I didn't know was that this bed and breakfast has a fabulous innkeeper! Pam is an amazing hostess as well as marvelous cook and baker. The rooms were nice, each one has it's own... More

The Allison House is a wonderful place to stay. Whether you are going for the great shopping in Nashville or going for the attractions in Indiana, you will love this place. Pam and Scott are the Inn keepers and they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. I have stayed in most of them. There is not... More

We stayed at the Allison House Inn for one night in early November on our way to Louisville for the Breeders Cup. It was a great choice. The rooms are very nice as are the public areas. Breakfast was delicious -- well prepared and presented. The Inn is right in the heart of Nashville, which means you can walk anywhere... More

Ahhhh, nice people. The beds are COMFORTABLE and the softest sheets I've ever slept "in." The innkeepers are the best - absolutely the nicest couple you could imagine. We had wonderful food (took away a few good recipes), nice atmosphere all the way around. They make your stay so easy - meeting other people at breakfast is so fun. We... More

After graduating from Franklin College, nine of us have met on the second weekend in November for a girls' get together. This year my friends and I spent our 32nd annual reunion weekend at The Allison House Inn. Thoughout the years we have stayed in several B & B's but I have to say Allison House is by far my... More

My husband and I stayed at the Allison House Inn Oct. 23-26. The inn is in a perfect location: close to shops, galleries, Brown County State Park! Innkeeper Pam is very friendly and a great cook. We hope to stay at the Allison House again in the future when visiting Brown County, IN. More

Four of us planned a weekend shopping get away to just relax and unwind. The Inn is lovely and the inn keepers very accomodating. We were served a wonderful breakfast and found the Inn to be charming and nicely located right in the heart of Nashville within walking distance to all attractions. We plan to make this an annual event... More

This was just our 2nd time of staying at a B&B. Our first experience had been very nice, but this place is perfect! Sits right in the center of town, so park your car when you arrive and there is no need to get back in it until you are heading home. The innkeepers are both very helpful and friendly,without... This is a lovely B&B and our room, the Moorhen, was nicely decorated but the bathroom was lacking in charm and in need of some updating. The bed was very comfortable but the room was a bit small. Pam served a lovely breakfast and was very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and meeting the other guests. We had hoped the... More
