This was the second trip to the Allison House Inn for my wife and I. The Inn hasn't changed much since the last time we stayed 2 years ago. We stayed for three nights this trip. The Eagle Room was very clean; however, the bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The new Innkeeper, Stephanie, did a very nice job of fixing breakfast... More

My wife and I stayed at the Allison House Inn this past weekend. We were more than satisfied with our stay. The room (we stayed in the Bluebird in Sumac Room) was clean and comfortable. Stephanie the inn keeper does a great job. Breakfast is served at 8:30 every morning, and both mornings were delicious. Every afternoon she puts out... More

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Brown County. Staying at the Allison House was the perfect choice. Stephanie, the innkeeper, is amazing! Her breakfasts are fresh and filling. They are not simple breakfasts, they are complete. She works very hard at making sure the little details make you feel at home. There is plenty of room to sit... More

This was our first bed and breakfast experience and it was simply amazing. We stayed for 3 night and will definitely return. Stephanie the innkeeper is a doll. Food was great and the bed was super comfy.

We were visiting family, so we stayed for 3 weeks from 14 May - 4 June 2014.Much longer than normal, but we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, it was an absolute joy. The place was run by Stephanie, and she was amazing. She managed the place all by herself and cooked the most wonderful breakfasts every morning.... More

If you want to enjoy rustic and beautiful Nashville, Indiana in the fall then you MUSt stay at the Allison House Inn. It's an excellent bed and breakfast just one block off the main street and in the heart of all there is to do in Nashville, Indiana. The Inn has a limited number of rooms, all nicely decorated, so... The Allison House Inn was my first B+B experience – and set a high standard for others. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the location is perfect for spending a day browsing the shops in downtown Nashville. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It is absolutely charming! The Allison House is a perfect destination for... More

Nashville is a great place to go for a weekend getaway with friends. Lots of things to see and do. We really enjoyed our stay at the Allison House Inn in downtown Nashville - easy walk to shops and restaurants. The Inn is very relaxing, we enjoyed the sitting room downstairs while playing cards with our friends. Breakfast was the... More

Our family had 3 of the 5 rooms at the B&B. The owners are now operating the B&B as their long-time innkeepers have move on and the property is for sale. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, and the wi-fi works very well. They do provide small bottles of water in the mini-frig in the dining... More

We welcome feedback from all our guests; whether its good or bad, we look for areas we can improve. Regarding this reviewer's negative comments about breakfast, we should note that the Allison House Inn serves a 'sit down' breakfast at 0830 every morning. We ask our guests to join us for breakfast at a set time, so the food can... More

I haven't utilized many B&B's but that may be to my detriment. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay for our anniversary. They even offered to put two twin beds together into a king, and it was perfectly comfortable. We didn't need a TV very much, but we are spoiled with TV on our iPad and Podcasts playing on... More
