A wonderful place for that rustic western feel, in the middle of a beautiful forest of rolling hills near Nashville In. All the rooms were set up in an unique way with family friendly setups. The common rooms in the middle were perfect for our wedding party to enjoy each others company. Fantastic wranglers that made our horseback riding trip... More

If you are looking for a nice family outing, I highly recommend the teepee"s at Rawhide Ranch. We saved enough on a room to pay for the trail ride. The staff and horses are great and the scenery on the ride is fantastic. I do not work for Rawhide ranch.

Alan W You nailed it. We chose the tipis knowing it would provide a lower costing option to stay the night. This made it easier for the scouting/youth groups and some families to afford an overnight on the ranch with all the activities. I am happy to see you enjoyed the horseback ride and I hope you will return sometime... More

Maranda R, Weddings on the ranch are special to us. We consider ourselves lucky that a couple would chose our ranch as a place to host such a special moment in their lives. Your wedding was a great time and all of your guests were very polite and a pleasure to serve. The ranch staff wishes you many years of... More

We loved staying here. We felt like we could relax, enjoyed being treating like part of a family not just one of many guests. Beautiful area, fun zip lines and horseback rides. Everything right on sight so no rushing here and there. Close to Nashville for a change of pace shopping and eating out.

Attended a family reunion there. Our group was large enough we had all the rooms, so basically the entire ranch to ourselves. Made for a GREAT weekend. Our group enjoyed the horses and the ziplines, the town being so close made it easy if we ran out of something.

Bmunnings It was great to have another neighbor from the north as a guest. It works out well if a family is large enough to rent the entire ranch, giving them the privacy in the evenings to relax and enjoy the family. I hope your family will keep the ranch in mind for your next gathering. Thanks for taking the... More

This is an interesting property with a great location right next to Brown County State Park. The horseback riding and Zip lines were a welcome addition to the property, A great place for a group meeting if you can use the entire facility.

Affordable, laid-back, relaxed and fun, Rawhide Ranch offers the best value for a family get away! The Hoppin' Holler Zip-Line guides were terrific! I loved the idea of families interacting without technology- no TV, Wifi, etc. highly recommended!

Marcia, We couldn't agree more on the lack of technology except, we do have free wifi when staying on the ranch. We had to give in for our business clientele but..... the password is not readily available. I have not posted it just in case a parent doesn't want their kids to have access. All you need to do is... More

We shared a romantic weekend away for her 40th birthday. Derek and his staff at rawhide were top notch. Could not have asked for a better weekend. The Brouse House was and excellent spot to rest our heads after a day of horse back riding and Holler Hopping on the zip lines. We finished our evening off with a campfire... More

If you stay in the Tepee's i strongly recommend cots and not sleeping on the ground..And check the weather.. even though the tepee's keep out most of the rain it still can be a soggy situation........

Kimberly L, Thanks for the review and your suggestions on the tipi camping. My wife and I broke down and bought camping pads several years ago. Those things were a god send. I don't know how i slept on the ground before we had those. Those are another option along with the cots. I appreciate the time you took to... More
