This place definitely exceeded our expectations! We got a warm welcome, comfy beds, a great movie collection, a warm fireplace, a great bathroom, and the absolute best breakfast I've had in a while! This place is worth the price. Definitely go here :-)

My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of March and enjoyed their "2 nights for the price of 1" deal for weekday stays. What a deal, indeed! The house and grounds are beautiful and offer lots of extra places for guests to enjoy, like a parlor, kitchen, and fireplace (that we sat by for hours... More

We stayed at 1875 Homestead in February; there was snow on the ground, but the fireplace was warm and cozy. We arrived in the early afternoon and were greeted with a quick tour of the house and fresh cookies and cupcakes. Our room was tastefully decorated (yet very purple) and VERY clean. There are many different offerings for relaxation: sitting... More

My wife and I stayed in the Maple Room Valentine's night. The room was beautiful, the fireplace was perfect and the hospitality was warming and genuine. The breakfast was spectacular!! There are many great B&D's in Nashville but this one is the best.

We visited during a long weekend with another couple. With it being the middle of winter we had the B&B and the town to ourselves! The maple room was awesome (although the fireplace needs to be fixed). Nancy went 'above and beyond' to make our stay special. An example, was my wife spilled red wine on her shirt and sweater.... I have stayed at the Homestead for many years with my "Shop till You Drop" girls! We LOVE it there. Nancy and Manuel are like family--we look so forward to seeing them each year. They treat each and every person like they have known them forever. The food is fantastic--even for gluten-free folks like me; the home warm and comforting;... More

We stayed in the maple leaf room and it was GREAT, very nice bed, big room, Nice bathroom and a jacuzzi in the room! Innkeepers Manuel and Nancy will make you feel right at home with all the extra things they do for each and every guest. From the open kitchen where you can grab a soda and cookie, to... More

My family has stayed here numerous times and always wish we could stay longer. The place and the food are first rate and the proprietors make you feel like you are home! I would recommend this B & B to anyone who want a relaxing stay.

We just can't stay away. Nashville is a 4 hour trip from our town and we love the area. Since our first visit in October 2011 we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Every visit is as pleasant as the one before. Nancy & Manuel are such great hosts and keepers. The inn is so clean and comfortable and the... More

My husband & I stayed at the Homestead the first weekend in October after having to cancel a trip to the Rocky Mountains for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The owners at the Homestead could not have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful room, freedom to come and go at our leisure, use of the kitchen which supplied soft drinks,... More
