It was a little difficult to find as I felt the sign placement led me to believe the lodge was straight ahead instead of turning. The website suggest calling for directions and that is probably best. Diane is very friendly and has several resources for you to have about Nashville and it's happenings. Stayed two nights in the "Virginia's Garden"... More

My husband surprised me with a weekend at Twin Oaks Lodge. Loved walking the path around the property; cannot believe how many hummingbirds swarmed the feeders--simply awesome! We've stayed in many B&B's around the country, and like anyplace, you never know who you will meet. The first morning we met wonderful couples who were getting away or stopping through on... More

My husband and I were looking for a cozy cabin for a retreat this fall. We couldn't find the address for Twin Oaks Lodge, and so called the number on the website to ask. The receptionist asked if I had a reservation, and when I said not yet, she hung up on me! I assumed it was a mistake, so... More

Just returned from a peaceful weekend at Twin Oaks. I highly recommend this B&B if you want peace and quiet. No phones, no television, no internet? Thank you very much. A great place to meet new acquaintances and enjoy what Brown County has to offer.

We cancelled our reservation more than thirty days before our arrival date but we were still charged 15%. They said most other hotels also charge this even when the cancellation is made so far in advance. I have checked and in actual fact most hotels do not charge if a cancellation is made more than three months in advance. I... More

I am sure the owners of Twin Oaks Lodge will want to pass along how much we love this place! But, can I just say that it is the peace and quiet of being up, up, up that makes this B&B so great?

We were married august 2009 and spent our honeymoon there... it was amazing and magical... we are vegetarians, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us... then for our 1 yr we came back to celebrate (and brought a baby) we had the honeymoon sweet and it was even better the second time! I absolutely cannot wait to come... More

This B&B sits out in a wonderful setting away from everthing next to a National Forest. The owners were gracious and enjoyed chatting a bit with Diane about the nature surroundings. My daughter and I sat out onfront porch rockers that evening after a day of shopping. then on the balcony from our room to enjoy a cup of coffee... More

Twin Oaks Lodge leaves you with that "Ahhhh" feeling. So very relaxing and peaceful surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest on three sides. We saw wild turkeys and bluebirds, the daffodils were lovely and plentiful, the porch a perfect place to watch the sun go down while enjoying a cup of hot tea. Totally relaxing and just what I needed!... More
