Our room was nice, the rate was reasonable and the breakfast was nice. We would do things a little differently and plan better to take advantage of the surrounding attractions, but the stay was pleasant and staff nice.

We wanted to use the special $99 per person deal that Amish Acres provides, where we got to stay in one of their rooms for the night, go to a play, eat their all-you-can-eat dinner, with additional services. All those services were great, but the room left a little to be desired. The TV in the room was a small... More

We were warmly greeted at the desk. We received our numerous coupons for Amish Acres which we went to first. Delicious fudge, bakery, soda fountain & gift stores greeted us first. We took an Amish buggy ride through the acres. Stories were spun. There is a tour of the house and buildings. We had dinner in the barn which featured... More

I was staying one night at Amish Acres to enjoy seeing the sights there (which I did). I also went to the play. It was very good location for that. I also liked the lobby area. The inn does not have an elevator, so luckily I had a room close to the 2nd floor stairs (still no fun to lug... More

My husband and I took advantage of the special one-night promotion as we had never visited this area before. Upon opening the door to our room we were shocked at the condition of the carpeting - filthy and stained. The glass overlay on the desk had a jagged crack running through the entire glass. We went to the desk to... More

On approaching the "Inn" it looks quite an attractive white timber clad building but that's where it ends unfortunately. We had two rooms booked as we were travelling as two couples. My wife and I were the first to check in which seemed to go OK until we were asked if we wanted two or three keys. One will be... More

Locatation could not be better if visiting the round barn at amish acres. If you want an unpgraded suite be prepared to walk up a small 14 step stair with your luggage. No elevator. Carpet in stairwell needs to be changed and did not like the thin sheets especially. they are not large enough for a king bed abd are... More

I know what an endorsement in the headline. If you are visiting Amish Acres there is great value to be had by booking your room as a package deal. It makes your nights stay very affordable. It includes your dinner at the Amish Acres Restaurant. The hotel itself was clean. It has been allowed to show wear and tear, but... More

Stay someplace else. Expensive-coffee maker didn't work- carpet was duct taped-noisey- no screens on windows- no elevator-morning staff was not friendly-no coffee in lobby at 9:30 am- and charges us $140.00 a night. We are in our eightys and normally don't make a habit of complaining.
