This hotel is perfect for the area. The staff was polite and it is always a pleasure to catch "Plain and Fancy" at the Round Barn Theatre. I did not have a chance to use the pool but people seemed to be enjoying it. Definitely worth having a meal at the restraunt at Amish Acres too. The pot roast is... More

This was our first visit to Nappanee. I should have been more concerned when we first checked in and there was not another car in the parking lot and no one around! This should have been a red flag since it was a Friday. We purchased an all inclusive package deal, a special to see the matinee of Plain and... More

We thought our reservation was at the Amish Acres Inn; stopped there, and were directed to the "Nappanee Inn". It looked a little rough; carpet was dirty in the halls and the beds were very low and just double beds. Still, we weren't worried, until I flushed the toilet. The water spewed up like a geyser, all over the seat.... More

We spent one night in Nappanee, we saw a show at the theater in town, took a wagon ride and did some shopping. All in all, the town is quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. The Inn could use some updating. It was clean and the room was quiet. If the management would spend some time and money updating the rooms... More

This was our first visit to Nappanee. We traveled with friends that had been there before and had stayed at the Inn at Amish Acres. We opted for the $99 package and were given rooms at the Nappanee Inn since the Amish Acres Inn was full. The Nappanee Inn has definitely seen better days. The décor was very worn and... More

We stayed at The Nappanee Inn July 31 thru August 1 during the Amish Acres Festival and other activities in the area. Our room was just OK--very worn but clean. The TV didn't have much sound at all (we could not listen to it) and we reported it to the front desk and he had no idea what to do..so... More

There was about 27 people on our trip. We stayed at the Nappanee Inn. That was our 1st mistake! 1. The first room we were assigned to, the toilet did not work. It didn't even have water in it & it was black inside (gross)! 2. some of the rooms had NO hot water. 3. We had no remote for... More

I travel a lot for business and tried The Nappanee Inn. It was the first time I actually felt like I was in a real country inn. The lobby is really cute and the breakfast area is large with lots of tables and chairs. I missed the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Our room was as cute as... More

The Nappanee Inn looks very nice from the outside, but inside is a different story. They have an attractive "all inclusive" offer for $99 ea which we took advantage of, but now "sorely" regret. The facility shows it's age and lack of upkeep, the carpet is disgusting in the halls and stairways. Our room door had the electronic key/door handle... More

We were very disappointed during our stay at the Nappanee Inn. The bed was a very small full size which was too small for two adults. The sheets were thin and blankets were frayed. Two pillows of which one was only about 2 inches thick. The furniture was outdated. The 20" inch box television was outdated with a blurry screen... More
