I have stayed in several hotels in muncie do yourself a favor and stay in a holiday inn/hampton/or comfort ...this hotel looked dirty from the outside / windows looked so dirty..and the inside did not get any better...no elevator so you have to lug all your things upstairs( if you are on second floor)..the room was so dirty it took...
