Stayed for 1 night while in Muncie while picking up daughter and moving her home from Ball State for Summer. Found Hotel to be recently remodeled, clean, and nice. Had great breakfeast served at Hotel which include Biscuits, Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Pancates, Donuts. All food was hot and good. Would definately stay again. more

The photos of the pool area on the web site are not of the pool at Lee's Inn Muncie, at least when I stayed there. Breakfast bar was fabulous. Carpet needs replaced in corridors, strange smell in room, smells like someone had smoked in there and they tried to cover up the odor with some type of air-freshner. Ciggerette burns... more

The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms....not so much. It's not that they are dirty, just not extremely clean. The rooms have a very stale odor, and the carpet was dirty. My kids had on white socks and they were dirty by the time they took them off (only had them on a few hours). I would stay here again, but... more

We stayed for one week at Lee's Inn and were quiet pleased. After reading the reviews we were expecting a "serviceable dump" but what we found were clean accomodations and a very friendly staff. The breakfast was hot and plentiful every morning and there were many options to choose from. We never ran into any employees that were not polite... more

I stayed here with my boyfriend to relive my old college days this past weekend, unfortunately I didn't want to stay in a similar setting like a college student almost 8 years ago. Grant it, I got a great deal for this hotel but never did I imagine there will be such a difference between the lobby and the hotel... more

Unfortunately, the old adage "you get what you pay for" came true. This hotel is very inexpensive and not even worth staying there at the cheap price! I booked two non-smoking rooms through Expedia and we were given smoking rooms. There was hair gunked on the shower wall for four days before the maid cleaned it off. On the third... more

I've stayed here before and been happy both with the accommodations and the service. I've recommended this hotel to family and friends who visit in the area. I won't do either again. On arrival the desk clerk was too busy talking to his girlfriend on the phone to be helpful and let two women drag heavy bags up to the... more

Despite its somewhat outdated exterior, when you first step into Muncie's Lee's Inn, a sudden surge of splendor and hope is overwhelming. From its tidy, clean lobby to a large crystal chandelier dangling above visitors' heads, this little hotel appears promising. Our experience with the front desk was equally as pleasant; the clerk was friendly and more than willing to... more

I can't believe the two bad reviews are the same place that we stayed in. I though it was a wonderful place, clean, friendly, excellent breakfast! Couldn't have been any better at an affordable price. Will stay again next time we get near. Thanks! more
