We have stayed two times at this property in the last couple of months while visiting Ball State. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is above average for similar properties. The area is kept clean and well stocked. The pool area could use some more lounge chairs and a hot tub would be a nice addition.... More

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and everything in the room worked properly. Breakfast selection was good and the breakfast area was large - so no crowding. Staff were all very friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Great young man at front desk who was very helpful with directions, etc. Nice map in hall near breakfast area. Excellent Hampton! Wonderful staff. Great location coming from Florida to Northern Michigan. We make a point of staying in a Hampton and this one didn't disappoint. It was almost like home! Love those fresh duvet comforters!

Hampton Inns have come to be one of my favorite chains and this hotel in Muncie demonstrates why. The service was excellent and the room was immaculate. I stayed while in the area for business and settled in very nicely after a 10 hr drive. The room was roomy, well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was also very good.
