Worst place I've ever stayed in. On arrival we had to collect keys from under the mat as there was nobody on reception, this was after calling the manager. The room was far from clean, there is a damp smell around the room. Also all the pillows on both beds had no pillow cases and the pillows were very stained.... More

We stayed here for a cheap accommodation with access to Brands Hatch, but it wasn't very cheap and the hotel is very tired. The staff were helpful enough, if not particularly enthusiastic. It is a friendly place, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pleasant enough, but expensive and instant coffee passed off as freshly brewed. However,... More

Room was very clean but lacking in the little touches like decent towels, chair by the desk/dressing table, spare pillow. Comfortable, king size bed but keep the windows closed if you're not used to traffic noise. Floor was laminate wood which was cold to the feet even on a hot July night. We thought we'd booked for bed & breakfast... More

Just stayed here for 1 night before an early tunnel crossing. Cheapest hotel that I could find, so wasn't expecting much. The hotel is a bit run down, but I got a good night's sleep and the guy on reception was pleasant and helpful., Would stay there again for a night or two - but would look for something better... A lovely hotel which incorporated La Dolce Vita restaurant. Had a meal there, it was real authentic Italian cooking, delicious. Not expensive either. Stayed two nights. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms were freezing, and couldn't turn the rad on. No tea/coffee or sugar on arrival No towels in bathroom along with no loo roll. Rusted pipes in bathroom overall expensive hotel for what you actually get

My colleague and I stayed here earlier in the week. It was just about good enough, but I wouldn't rush back. The front door was so stiff we had to enter through the bar. The reception staff was nice enough chap, but the rooms were tired. A lamp in my room had no bulb, some windows had no latches. Plenty... More

Booked the croft for 3 nights while I was away in business. Couldn't fort it at all! The price was excellent cheapest around the town, and for what you get you can't complain. Staff very friendly, recently renovated rooms very comfortable and facilities adequate for what you need. Breakfast and dinner were 5* cooked fresh. Top it of a bar... More

Staff were very helpful with my very late check in. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facility adequate. Breakfast was very good. Overall very good value for money and would stay again if business requires.

Car parking was available at side of hotel but it was in a dark area with no lighting which was worrying for security reasons. Reception was slow and I had to search for someone to come and book me in. My room was comfortable but not well heated. The radiator was warm at best and it turned off during the... More
