This is probably the nicest place to stay in the Monticello area and it's reasonably priced. In addition, you can walk to Indiana Beach without having to deal with the crowded parking lots and the lines of cars. Pond View golf course is next door and is a good course. Just returned from a stay at the Pine View golf resort last weekend. This was our second time at the hotel and we were once again very pleased. This is a great small motel. Very clean. Debbie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bathroom had toilet and shower behind a door, with sink out in main room, which we found convenient.
