The rooms aren't to bad and it's in great location. My problem is just how unclean the rooms are. If they had cleaning people who actually cared and tried, it would be a pretty good place. We found hair in the toilet, shower, bed, and sink. How could they possibly miss this when cleaning. It was a lot of hair.... More

Day shift very nice and flexable with your needs. Night shift, additude, strict and don't give a crap about your needs. This hotel need new people working nights that seem to care and be helpful with your needs!!

I booked and paid for three rooms online for 12 people. I specifically booked 3 double bed and was ecstatic about the free continental breakfast. Its not a pleasant stay at all... We booked 3 rooms with two queen beds... We get 1 queen and a sofa... Staff said when you book online its not guaranteed youre getting the room you booked for... Room is dirty and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone... Stay off this hotel!

This hotel is filthy. The cleaning staff is rude and started a confrontation at the front desk in front of customers. The walls are paper thin. My kids had to hear some inappropriate noises from next door if you know what I mean. I would never stay at this chain of hotels again.
