My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay and relax near New Buffalo/Union Pier area and just decided to stop in and take a look. We were impressed with the rooms and the owners. It is quiet and encourages unplugging from media. There are no TV's which is great. This is a wonderful gem!

We stayed here because the location was convenient to visit the beach on Lake Michigan - both Warren Dunes in Michigan and Washington Park in Indiana. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin which was clean, comfortable, and secluded. No TV, but didn't miss it. There is free wifi and we brought an iPod player and that was all we... More

What a Beautiful little place. We were in Cabin #9. Looks small on the outside then you see the inside an think WOW, I wasn't expecting that!! A relaxing place to say the least. No TV, No Problem. We spent our evenings outside reading anyway. They have a nice firepit and picnic tables. There is a large turtle and ducks.... More

James and Rosemarie are wonderful hosts. They have a great thing going on up there! Our family of three loved the simple cabin. Perfect for our needs. But when James encouraged our 6 year old daughter to help him feed the ducks and the tortoise she was hooked. She didn't want to leave! I think their vision of a simple,contemplative... More

I stayed in one of the 2 bed cabins and it was great. The whole place was really clean, the owners are friendly, and it is within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are basic, but they are very comfortable. The free wi-fi is also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The cabins are the size of a master bedroom with a 3/4 bath. That's all any couple needs for a few nights away. The lack of television means you have more opportunity to rekindle the flame with your spouse/significant other. There is not a breakfast as with most hotels, so bring food and table services with you. There is a... More

The Hidden Inn was simply lovely. My family of four (2 adults, 1 kid, and a baby) stayed for a long weekend while visiting the Indiana Dunes. We rented a cabin that had one queen bed. There was plenty of room in the cabin to add extra sleeping spaces for my kids. The bathroom is clean and very roomy. The... More

My wife and family of two teenagers stayed at the Hidden Inn last night for a quick stopover on our way to South Bend for a baseball tournament. We stayed in cabin 10 which was very clean and just what we needed for the night. The cabin is small with a queen bed and a double. Our 16 year slept... More

Staying in two cabins, one occupied by my 16 year old son and my friend's soon to be 16 year old, the other by us mothers, we were treated to a quaint and delightful experience. Nestled in the woods just off the highway, we were a brief hop and a skip from an amazing beach. Equally distant from Michigan City... More

Stayed here while visiting the Dunes National Park. My girlfriend was visiting from Europe and we wanted a quick getaway from Chicago and I booked a night here in one of the cabins. The rates are great, the accommodations were perfectly clean and very cozy and the owner was very friendly and eager to give us a great experience on... More
